Alpine Adventure Guides Pakistan is a responsible and registered tourism company according to tourism act of Pakistan and we accept your booking under the following terms and condition.

Payment and Refund Policy: When you confirmed your trip, we need with scanning a copy of one photograph, photo copy of your passport and 25% down payment of the total price for advance domestic flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process. Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit. To secure place, 25% non- refundable down payment is required to make in advance as per the company policy. The balance amount must be paid on arrival in Pakistan.

Supplement Charge: on our holiday’s tour, trek and expedition packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. So, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with.

Incomplete Tour: No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

Unforeseen status: If Alpine Adventure Guides Pakistan, cancels your trip thanks to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc., we would be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit to your personal interest, all monies paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.

Risk & Responsibility: Your safety and enjoyment is our prime concern. We carry out our responsibility honestly & sincerely to ensure your wonderful holiday time as well as you have desired. However, unless your trip may be change under uncertain time such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.

Impact on your journey: We put our every effort to ensure comfortable traveling of yours, but it is must to understand that what you might be accustomed to in the western affluent countries, the Himalayan countries may not afford such facilities. Weather is another factor that may directly impact on your journey. Thus, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must to venture into journey.

Travel Insurance: Alpine Adventure Guides Pakistan will provide the insurance only for our staff and local porters and Alpine Adventure Guides, not responsible for the clients insurance. You should purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our esteemed clients. Tour/Trekking Amendment to make alterations of any tour / trek and expedition itinerary, prior notice is requested. You are advised to stay in touch with us thus. But occasionally, you may be thankful to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc… Your personal belongings during tour / trekking our team crews will do their best to keep your luggage safe. However, in case of any loss or damage of your luggage or property belongings when shouldered by porters, ponies or vehicles; our company will not be responsible for the loss. To cover such a hazard, you are advised to purchase comprehensive insurance. Papers & Documents all necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents. Tourist Visa To obtain Pakistan visa please contact the nearest Pakistan High Commission or a consulate to your place. If you do not have Pakistan embassy or consulate in your city/ country then contact the neighboring countries, Pakistan embassy who may assist you to obtain Pakistan visa. Generally visa processing takes 5 to 7 working days.

Pakistan Missions abroad are authorized to grant Pakistan visa / tourist visa for three months validity and stay with double entry to foreign tourists. RPOs have been authorized to extend tourist visa for Pakistan up to a maximum period of six months including the initial visa period and manage overstay up to 15 days on payment of visa fee subject to payment of a minimum of US $ 20 only. For Northern Areas, the Deputy Commissioners Gilgit & Skardu have been authorized to allow extension in Pakistan visa for three months and one re-entry to the tourists in Northern Areas, charging visa fee as per policy.

(1) Pakistan visa application will be submitted through designated/authorized only.

(2)The tour operator will also submit undertaking to the effect that the tourists will be their

(4) If required, the same tour operators will apply, before expiry of visa for further extension up to 30 days.

(5)The tour operators will submit a confirmation about exit of the said tourists, after their actual leaving the country.

Flight Delay / Cancellation Flights to Gilgit Baltistan, the northern areas of Pakistan are subject to weather condition. That means the passenger booked for earlier days will have priority. This region which could be appended and back load conditions and thus operate on mini bas. Should the reserved flight not operate on the day scheduled as per the itinerary, alternative surface transportation will arrange.

Is it safe to come to Pakistan? Yes it is Safe to visit Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan is only been so badly advertised by western media that people consider it is so unsafe but in fact it is as safe as your home town. There is absolutely no danger No purse snatching no street violence or any other odd in this. If Pakistan Gilgit Baltistan is not so safe how do you explain US state department travel advisory? It is a known fact that US travel advisories are usually written by those who have never visited the country themselves. They seem to mix Afghanistan with Pakistan. They repeat the same thing again. One major reason why travel advisory is so much against travel to Pakistan is that our governments which have been changing very fast in the past had no time to explain the situation.

Responsibilities Alpine Adventure Guides Pakistan will provide transports, accommodations, meals and other necessary requirements which are mentioned in the tour / trekking itinerary.

Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during odd season, you’re highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to meet your accommodation and food costs yourself.
